Shipping Policy

All shipping is completed through USPS ground shipping. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping Method will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email when the order has shipped.

GAOBARO Ground is Free and will arrive in 3-8 business days after processing and shipping.

Prior to ordering, other arrangements can be made through customer service at contact@gaobaro.com. Shipping involving refunds and exchanges are the responsibility of the client.
