Returns Policy
At GAOBARO, every piece is thoughtfully crafted from sustainable materials like golden grass, buriti palm fiber, and ethically sourced gemstones. We hope you cherish your jewelry as much as we do, but if it isn’t quite right, returning it is simple and worry-free.
Change of Mind
If you decide an item isn’t right for you, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery by the carrier to your address, as long as:
- The piece is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging and tags are included.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, with the exception of a defect discovered due to delivery.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer care team at contact@gaobaro.com to request a return.
- Carefully package your item in its original packaging and with all tags attached.
- Ship your item to the address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to a GAOBARO error.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility. A tracked service must be used to ensure safe delivery.
Manufacturing and Defect Issues
Every GAOBARO piece carries a 30 day warranty for manufacturing faults. If your item is experiences a fault that you believe is manufacturing related, please contact us right away and if we agree:
- We will provide a replacement of the same item.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a GAOBARO credit for the full item value will be issued.
